Somewhere Far Beyond es el cuarto álbum de estudio de la banda alemana de power metal Blind Guardian. Fue lanzado en 1992 y producido por Kalle Trapp. La portada fue creada por Andreas Marschall, quien dibujó la portada de otros lanzamientos de Blind Guardian ( Tales from the Twilight World , Nightfall in Middle-Earth , etc.). El álbum vio a la banda crear su propio sonido original, al mismo tiempo que empleaba la mayoría de sus técnicas de speed / power metal.
